How to make a landing page

You’ll learn what makes your [.blue]landing page design[.blue] memorable. And to make it happen fast we prepared some unique landing page examples.

1. Landing page title: Point out the value you provide

There are many different approaches to write a great title that drive clicks.

For example:

  • Agitate a pain point or burning desire to achieve something

Then…

  • Turn a big problem into a simple one

  • Hook your readers and get them to keep reading.

For example:

“Why design without distractions? I want to find out.”

And lastly…

  • Be specific, not generic

Here is an old example for the Groundcover:

You can feel the difference in clarity.

The first example is too generic, while the second one makes everything crystal clear in just 2 seconds.

2. Landing page subtitle: Explain how you'll solve the problem

Subtitles are where you get specific. Introduce the product.

  • Explain how it creates the value in your subtitle.

And solves the problem.

For example:

“Mental health is hard. Getting support doesn’t need to be (…)”

  • Turn pain points into value and let the user visualise it

Step into your target audience's shoes.

Explore what real users are saying on Reddit, X, and Quora.

Here is an example of AI customer support.

Write, practice, delete, write again.

Like this:

  • “Tired of AI solutions that don’t deliver?”
  • “I want AI that is actually logic.”
  • “Be the first to successfully implement AI that works.”
  • “AI shouldn’t hurt. It helps you become the best version of pro-AI.”
  • “AI shouldn’t make you feel exhausted.”

Then, choose the best fit.

3. Landing page social proof: Make it real, not fake

There many types of social proofs that actually sell.

But our favorites are these:

  • An email or Slack message from a customer

It’s real.

  • Quotes that don’t overwhelm

  • Real statistics always work the best

Raw statistics are more convincing than a polished opinion.

4. Landing page CTA: Emphasize value over action

Most buttons emphasize action without diving into details. For example:

  • Learn more
  • Start here

But these CTAs don’t say anything.

You’ve got to tell the reader why to click on it.

Here's a more compelling CTA for your SaaS landing page that fulfills the value.
